We follow the tradition of Krishnamacharya, with teachers of this lineage we have learned yogatherapy. In our therapeutic yoga classes we observe the specific conditions of each student giving the tools so that the practitioner can take charge of their own practice. The practice of therapeutic yoga helps us to recover strength and energy after a process of illness, injury or similar, the goal is to be able to be healthy again.    We want to change the idea of «solving a problem» by working in the direction in which we can «restore balance».    Classes include breath work, meditation and physical body work (asana). We do online and in-person therapeutic yoga classes. As well as private classes. We also offer therapeutic yoga teacher training.
Kundalini Yoga is a kriya yoga. Kriya means perfect action. In Kundalini yoga we awaken and mobilize our energy by joining postures (asanas), breathing (pranayma), sound (mantras), hand positions (mudras) and contractions of certain muscle groups (bands), in order to purify ourselves at all levels. It is a very dynamic yoga in which the mind is constantly challenged. Meditation is very important in this discipline. Each class is a different experience, an experience in which we work on a specific aspect of the body or mind. In each class, from the good mood, the joy, we give ourselves with the idea of achieving some calm, some peace. We do online and in-person Kundalini Yoga classes.
